Introduction:
The desilter is composed of 10-12 sets of φ125 polyurethane hydrocyclones and small fine vibrating screens. Used to remove 20-40μm harmful solid phase in drilling fluid. The use shows that the equipment is reliable in design, reliable in operation and good in mud removal effect, and is an ideal drilling fluid control equipment.
TR mud desilter is designed according to the particle settlement theory. Separation medium—drilling fluid generates a certain pressure and velocity when passing through the centrifugal pump, and flows into the cyclone along the wall, and larger solid particles sink along the wall of the cyclone under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, discharge. The bottom orifice falls on the lower microsieve for separation. The rest of the medium spirals up along the hydrocyclone and flows from the overflow hole into the fourth-stage separation equipment—the centrifuge for further cleaning.
